Just another day on the streets of Cebu while we were walking towards Gaisano Country Mall in Banilad and saw this boy. We hurriedly went up to him and took some pictures. Kinda awkward this time as a lot of people were watching us already thus the pictures are not good. But anyways, we branded him as “Boy Palaboy” to be part of this site.
