how many do you think there is of really young girls that have kids already? In the picture would you say that it is her child or her younger sister? More and more you girls are now wondering the streets, near intersection waiting for the stoplight to go red, then would go near a cab and beg for money. Normally you would say where are the parents of this kids? Why are they letting them ask for money for food?
Well, simply the answer is poverty, unemployment, no education and among others lack of social awareness of the government for this type of people and unfortunate ones. If we could strive hard enough to help them find a job since this would lead to child labor and child labor is against the law. Who would we blame for this, parents? them? Government? It is for you to decide.
