an abandoned old lady sleeping at a lamp post which is a residue of the Asian Summit held in Cebu City last January 2009. The lampost which was allegedly overpriced. The cost of one lamp post like the one in the picture is P7,356 which would already feed a family for a entire month. If only the officials used the money in providing shelter and food for the homeless instead of putting it into there pockets.
It is just a shame that the government are not doing their all to address this issues. They should have try and do their best to eradicate poverty and keep this people off the streets.
